Gosh one of the things they don't tell you about actually being on ADHD meds??? Sleeping becomes so easy and helps normalize a schedule. I go to bed at roughly the same time, I actually fall asleep at a decent time, and I wake up normally, at roughly the same time, and not "(either 3 or 15 hours later after sleeping through two alarms) houfhgh where am i i feel like i've been put through the jpg compression machine" like without them.
