Sneak into a rich person's mansion
3D scan the inside
Use that 3D in lets say, a youtube video where I show it in great detail

How much trouble could I be in as long as I never say or reveal how I scanned it

I'm genuinely curious! This shower thought hit me and I really do not have even a guess how the laws for private property/digital expression would intersect here
