New hobby: reading the Amazon reviews on NEMA 5-15P to NEMA 5-20R plug adapters

Some of them are (probably harmlessly) confused, like:

I have a 20A breaker but the previous homeowner put in 15A receptacles. Now I can finish my garage remodel (and don't worry, the electrician said he'll fix those plugs!)
