On the advice of a friend I decided to actually go out to a park and look at birds to improve my mood
Two days into birding I got up at 6AM, went to the park, and managed to see a great blue heron getting breakfast. 10/10 would recommend looking at birds

Developing a healthy relationship with social media, as an artist, is….more work than anticipated.
Curious, if you’re reading this and have any thoughts, what’s your approach to numbers on other platforms? Especially viz a vi your mental health and artistic output. Do you find it difficult to ignore thinking about bigger numbers and trends when creating?
Oh, and feel free to just vent. I sure as hell don’t have a great answer, maybe if we all spit into the wind together we can change the weather? 😆
