Hey there cohost. And… hah. I’ve not posted in so long I have "new post editor" thing…

It’s been nice to hang out on this site. I am sadly not a very confident in myself person and so my posts are too damn careful and dry. Kinda jealous of people who just post stuff rapidly and etc. Somehing something practice makes perfect and I am really not practicing.

It’s sad to see this place go. It’s, what, only two weeks left until things are frozen in stone, and after that it’ll all just become fossilized and inert. I’m glad there’s a plan for how to deal with things, and to use archive.org. Still, not quite the same, you know?

The eggbug is damn cute as a mascot and I wish I was in a position to get a plush of them some day. Probably won’t now, but oh well

I’m really happy that I’ve got to meet some people (Hi Twi!) via this site, and find a neat book series (shout out to @makyo and their Post-Self series!). And especially finding out about the awesome piece of media that is corru.observer. I’ve not posted much but I’ve peeked in here now and then.

Also. The CSS & rich HTML posting features? This made the site actually unique for me, and I loved every single moment of seeing people mess with these, post weird stuff. I hope it continues to work for a while even when archived. Sadly haven’t had enough energy to engage with it myself. Would have loved to make a generator or a few, but… "later". And now it’s too late.

I hope to stay in touch and be able to peek at things still even after this place is shut down. Might post now and then here, but… yeah. Let’s just put at least one post out while it’s still possible, and see what I have energy for later.
