My new place is here!
I will be updating it throughout the coming days with my entire backlog and the next strip which will be here tonight. While this is an ending it is also a new beginning and I hope some of you will join me in it. Don't worry, Ohost isn't going anywhere and I'm keeping the memory of this website alive in my panels for the rest of time, I wrote this comic for myself and as a sort of love letter to cohost, that's why I put Ohost in it. I hope in like 10 years someone looks at my future projects and finds themself in a deep dive discovering that at one point we all got so sick of social media we made a place to call our own with all sorts of silly stuff and then goes out and builds something like this again.

So I made a little soundless unlisted video where I just quickly pan over all the (usually biweekly) femboy friday posts I made, because I'm quite sentimental...

Started these almost 2 years ago in november 2022, these posts were one of the first things I started doing when I started regularly posting here.

A big part of why I started these was because I realized I had embarrassment and insecurity about identifying as a femboy/genderfluid, so doing stuff like this was one of the steps I took to help. I think they definitely helped and I feel way way less of a need to do them compared to before.

And they were just lots of fun to make and share!!

I'm really glad people appreciated/enjoyed these, I've seen various positive comments like about a particular post being uplifting, about people being hype for them, lots of great interactions with my more thoughtful posts(especially the big post about GNC identities i made), its really nice to have those effects on people and to know my expereinces/things that resonate with me aren't illegible to people. I've always looked forward to seeing the notifications coming in and knowing people are enjoying these with me :>

I'll try to continue this on bluesky for at least a month or so as I try that place out.

Also, I really really appreciated the response to https://cohost.org/Mightfo/post/5102718-rechosting-this-sinc#comments . I was so nervous when I posted that and I just really wanted to get that all expressed, so many things tangled up that I wanted to try to communicate, I'm so glad that it was so super well received, that helped me feel seen and understood and listened to. Grateful to everyone who shared that and who commented.

Less related- Next week i'll post various things from my drafts in the #drafts jubilee tag, so look forward to that ^^ Including a smallish history research paper I did in my last year of college, figured I might as well share that since I came across it recently.

I'm going to miss this place even if I didn't post much. I've read a lot, found so much great stuff by so many folks, and I was happy to contribute (more monetarily than in content, I guess!) to such a great idea. I hope that folks take what they found here and use it to enrich other communities that they're in.
