This month, I'm posting a random unfinished song from my vast folder of sketches every day.

This is me having a bit of fun with the arpeggiator on Arturia MicroFreak, also intended to do something with it at some point but never did. God, how I miss that little synth. I'll probably rebuy it again.

Also: I intend on finishing this. I have just enough time, hopefully I'll be able to post the last one.

i've got a github pages blog, but that's tied down to github. i can buy a domain name fairly easily, but i gotta point it at something. what i need is a server i guess??? to run my shit. maybe digital ocean, heroku, etc. i asked back in march about self-hosting but didn't follow through because i'm weak.

what's your hosting set up? how do you run yours? have any hot tips for a programmer who doesn't know shit about devops?

So forgive me if this is not a good idea, but if it would help to have a landing place to maintain people's connections over the next year or two, I would volunteer to run a life-raft discord for whomever would use it. All eggbug-appreciators welcome, and that way as people find other online spaces, they can share those links somewhere that people can see. That way, folks can keep in touch better with their smaller communities that were fostered here on Cohost.
