I don't know how else to describe this other than like walking through a disaster. A sinking ship, or a shelled battlefield, or post-earthquake. It's extremely fucking saddening.

I don't know if I'll be able to return to regular chosting. I don't know if I'm unmoved enough to keep playing, keep the calm as things end. Tomorrow is another day, but the scars we accrue in life don't heal. They come with us to the end.

All I can do now is collect links of the funny and sweet little folks on my computer screen, and hope I don't lose them in the great dark expanse of this lonely, overstuffed world.

I'm already losing my digital voice again - there's nowhere else to long-chost like this anymore and get a mild positive response. It's viral or nothing, and I hate that.
