The episode opens on Homer slacking off at the Springfield nuclear reactor, in typical fashion. He begins to fantasize about taking a relaxing bath in a hot tub and eating entire boxes of donuts. Upon waking up from his daydream, it turns out he has inadvertently acted on those desires by jumping into the reactor coolant tank and eating all of the control rods. This causes a total meltdown of the reactor, which goes completely unnoticed by Homer as he calmly leaves and drives home.

Upon arriving back home, Homer greets his family by screaming "D'oh!" to each one of them, in typical fashion. Once he finishes, he relaxes on the couch to watch some TV while drinking a beer. Suddenly, he begins to feel strange, and in a burst of blinding pain, his body rends itself in half as a full clone of himself is created. SIMPSON SYNOPSIS FUN FACT! Homer's scream during this scene is widely renowned for sending over 30 viewers to the hospital, being deemed the world's first cognitohazard by the World Health Organization!

Over the next 2 minutes, Homer rapidly mitoses, in typical fashion. While the clones are content with sitting in front of the TV while drinking a beer, chaos begins its reign when the fridge runs out of beer. The clone Homers (Clomers) begin descending on Moe's Tavern, Krusty Burger, and every donut shop in a 200 mile radius of Springfield. The added Homer fuel contributes to even more mitosis, causing a national state of emergency as Homer spreads more quickly than anyone could ever imagine.

In the final hours of Homageddon, the human race is likely about to be snuffed out by overcrowding caused by all the Clomers alone, not to mention their ravenous demands for beer and doughnuts, in typical fashion. All hope appears to be lost, and as the United Nations is about to announce their formal surrender, an explosion is heard on the horizon, and all goes black. The episode ends with a smash cut to the Springfield power plant, which exploded in such a spectacular fashion that it eliminated everyone on Earth, including the Clomers. Problem solved!

Today TransActual took the government to court over the temporary "emergency" ban on puberty blockers. Wes Streeting, a Labour MP, directly said that he intends to make it a permanent ban. This is after Labour promised to implement the Cass Review, which notably does NOT actually recommend a ban.

If the government win this case, which we will find out likely next week, trans kids in the UK will not have a legal way to access puberty blockers. Jo Maugham, director of the Good Law Project, is recommending trans people and their families leave the UK if possible.

So for the love of God stop congratulating the UK on our Labour win and getting rid of the right. They're still here. We've been telling you Labour is transphobic and you told us it was a strategy to gain votes. This is what they've done after being elected for only ONE WEEK.

We have 5 more years of this to come. Please fight for trans people in the UK. They've started with puberty blockers, and if this passes then there's nothing stopping them from doing the same to adult HRT.

Maiko Ochi is an honor student and a member of her school's disciplinary committee, while her crush, Haruomi Yasaka, is a delinquent who repeatedly flouts the rules...which means every time he messes around, it's her job to be harsh on him, and her strict personality prevents her from expressing her actual feelings! Unable to even have a proper conversation with him, Maiko gets help from Marin and Bakuo, who give her "Snow White's Mirror": a mirror that can help guide her through her actual feelings. But will that be enough to get Maiko to open up and be more sincere on her own?

I mean, the mirror wasn't actually Snow White's, but never mind that.

This was the last chapter to be included in a volume, hence the "The End" at the end, but there were two more chapters that were published in RunRun, so those will be coming up next! They're some of my personal favorites, so I was very insistent on not letting those slip by. We did obtain the original magazines and are doing our best to process the scans, but given that magazine scans are some of the most difficult sources to work with (let alone ones that are thirty years old!), it may take a while and we may not be able to get it quite up to par with the digital scans. Thank you for your understanding ๐Ÿ™‡

On the other hand, we probably won't be putting out another manga release this month, since August 1 is coming, and...well, if you know about what I do on The DigiLab, you'll know exactly what that means ๐Ÿ˜… But we do plan on picking up the pace again after that's done, since our members (myself included) have managed to square away a lot of things that were being a little obstructive. So hopefully we won't be going as slowly as only one chapter a month again ๐Ÿ’ฆ
