Room 6/29 is a patchwork balcony bolted and nailed to the outside of the Tower. A contraption is secured to the southern edge of the balcony. A chain descends from the contraption, attaching to a barrel large enough for two human-sized adventurers to tightly squeeze into. When a lever on the contraption is thrown, the barrel silently and steadily descends to or ascends from just outside the walls of the ground floor of the Tower.
#The Tree & The Tower
Room 6/28 is picked over cleanly. Holes in the wall are plugged and their pipes have been removed and combined with loose wood to make tables and chairs for this makeshift lounge. A hole in the wall leading outside is rudely blocked by a hammock. A curtain separates the room on its northwest side.
The lounge is home to a number of Tower Cords, thrill seekers and bandits who climb the exterior of the Tree and Tower and only occasionally rob the town below. They are likely quite surprised and suspicious of adventurers who show-up at their door, this high in the air!
Room 6/27 is a part of the Tower's central stairwell, descending from room 6/19. As the stairs level with the floor, the floor itself gives way into a drop of many, many feet, all the way to the ground. Several planks of wood bridge the gap to the doorway, anchored to the floor to prevent them from falling.
Room 6/27 is a plaza pockmarked with tiny burn holes in the ground. It abuts the Tower to the east, and more burns dot it. A statue celebrating the creation of the goblin's new home is tilted. Inspecting it reveals it is tipping into a larger burn hole. A single Fiery Lick is wrapping-up their own addition to expanding the hole before moving to add notes to stanzas of a song burned into the edges of the plaza by all the Fiery Licks who emerge here. While incomplete, the song could be learned by an enterprising musician.
