i made pancakes

I used a really simple recipe from J. Kenji-Lopez Alt's "The Food Lab" for em; I undercooked like two of them but they're good. Never thought to use sour cream in the mix until now but it made them nice n savory. Definitely gonna add frozen blueberries or something next time around
