Suffering from Mental insanity, and a fractured personality, he lost his mind, and his arm from frostbite. He still retains his intellect, which is frightening, for he is unstable, yet clever. He is most often maniacally laughing, from his breaking.
He ripped his other arm from when it was lost to frostbite.
His other arm is encased in a grappler made of a Heat-resistant Packed Ice
