#this is all going into tags idk why#i fully understand reclaiming slurs. power to those who do that. nothing wrong with that#but....i still don't feel comfortable seeing them#even if they are being used in a positive way#and....i just wish it was easier to prevent that#cohost doesn't let you mute/block words in posts like other sites do wihch is annoying but i at least hope that's a feature they've considered#but then on plenty of sites people will screenshot messages or posts or smth and not censor those words#call me weak or whatever but it still upsets me to see the f and t slurs in any context#intent is important yes but for my own sake i draw a line with those words#i just.....even with reclaiming you have to know not everyone will be okay seeing that word#personal rant i'm just upset and tired of it#I'll probably delete this when I remember
