Today's Lospec #pixel_dailies prompt was statue with a fun, soft palette -- https://lospec.com/palette-list/super-pocket-boy -- did a Zelda here. Definitely feel better about creating foreground/mid/background elements than I used to, and also, lol, wanting to learn much more shading for depth (esp. in non-organic objects)

Hey all,
I've just lost my day job, and could really use some assistance. I wanted to remind everyone that I'm accepting character commissions (Prices for the above samples would range from $90 per character for the inked black and white drawings to $120 per character for the full color ones), as well as looking for work in general. Drop me a line if you're interested.
If not, but you still want to help, please share this post around. I'm also accepting donations via https://ko-fi.com/benkevans or venmo (@ben-evans-80). Literally anything helps.
I've been trying my hand at art in another medium today, I wanted to start small but things got out of hand, I wasn't able to finish for today's daily post.
So here a drawing of Daijin from "Suzume" instead! I realized after finishing that I forgot its gray spot, I think it look cute nevertheless!
I've been a lot more sketchy and chaotic when drawing lately, I think it's due to somehow not feeling scared of the process at all? I don't know what's the source of this change though. Whatever, it's been really fun!
