silly little oc moments cause I was redoing a pallet

lil art challenge for the week: drawing with a mouse
though i cant really pull off my usual messy lineart style with my mouse, it seems i still got the muscle memory i developed from drawing with a mouse for two-ish years.
maybe i should have drawn a more mouse-adjacent character for this. maybe i just missed out on a slightly funny drawing. maybe i'll do another one with a lil rodent. who knows.

i got REALLY inspired just looking through khyaber's work and thought i'd have a go at lovingly rendering scales in order to make an icon for a dragon character i have (originally designed by vehemourn on toyhourse but redesigned by me)

this sapped me of SO much lmao i can't fathom how khyaber does it all the time
