With only half of a month separating me and my longest motorcycle ride to-date, I figured it's about time to pull out the motorcycle and begin the pre-flight checks and tests.
The good and short news is that the bike seems to start fine, run fine, handle fine, and generally be fine.
The long and more nuanced inventory is as follows:
haven't put them anywhere yet but I have a whole page of these little rectanglurgar smooth stickers that I stole from my dad.
I'm thinking of filling the entire page with doodles, cut them up for portability and then put one down whenever I go somewhere.

I want to restore my love for art, so I've been doing this sort of thing again. Instead of just picking colors and going off, I decided to mess around with lines first and see what I can interpret from them. I knew I wanted there to be water, with all of the wave-like formations; even though I'm done, though, I still don't know what that purple thing is. Whoops. Anyway, I hope it's pretty! I did as much as I could to figure out where to put highlights and shadows to imply waves and bumps in the purple thing; I'm not sure how well I did, but I did my best.
Next time, I will play with perspective.
