7. Favorite works of all time excluding your own?
This is a surprising difficult one to answer! I tend to think about work by artists I like more than individual pieces.
That being said, I'm a big fan of "The Lantern Bearers" by Maxfield Parrish
Some artists I really enjoy seeing: J.C. Leyendecker x, Ethan Aldridge, Rosemary Valero-O'Connell
9. What are you currently trying to improve?
I'm currently trying to figure out how to loosen up a bit and have more fun while drawing! I had some great feedback from a professor recently, and one piece of it was that my sketches often turned out better than the final pieces. I'm also struggling with a lot of burnout just due to Life, so trying to find joy in creativity again has been an active thought recently.
11. Favorite comment you’ve ever received on your work?
A lovely mutual who I don't think ended up over here described my work a few times as "warm and inviting" and even though it's been a few years I still think about it so much. Every so often I get an adjacent comment and it makes me so happy.
