Sooo this is acrylic and puffpaint mostly. It's hard to tell from this picture but I used diamond glaze in fat drops on the canvas and stuck some apatite stones around the painting. Then I tilted it a bit so they would slide down a smidge to simulate rain drops sliding down the window. Irl it's pretty effective, and I'm super proud of this piece and how it came out.
