obviously there's a few things i can fix with this (shirt clipping, lip shape) but the worst is over and i can pose him how i want
also got him down to ~200k tris total, this could easily be under 80k if i bake on the clothing vs having it as separate meshes
i haven't actually rigged up the hair but i did make bones for it. i'm tired and have a long work week ahead though
