Today's Lospec #pixel_dailies #pixelart prompt was candle with a fun, tropical palette -- https://lospec.com/palette-list/tropical-cone-24 -- with the palette and prompt, I had to go with an NES take on Candle Cove today. Channel Zero is a wildly underrated show (the no end house season was the best, imo, it was some of the freshest horror I had seen in years), the series vary a bit in quality and don't always stick the landings, but they are all visually arresting and deeply, beautifully weird. Quick little reference image here, I changed the framing significantly, sort of going for an NES cutscene feel.
