An artfight attack from 2020 of a former friend's webcomic characters. Even though we're no longer friends, their work & storytelling is amazing and compelling. They even have a very popular sinbad fanfic! Check out Mori Makes Stuff on Instagram and their comics Pine Barrens Supernatural and Mori the Webcomic
The book the girl, Lilly, is reading is called "Time Doe" by M. Caulfield. It's a nice little easter egg. uwu
Art for my OC's Augustine & Ariette's wedding! This from 2017. Gosh, that feels forever ago. In art school I was told you shouldn't include work older than 2 in a portfolio, and that artwork older than 4 years isn't typically looked at or considered in a lot of commercial art fields. But I still really love these pieces, and sharing joy shouldn't matter less than adhering to commercial standards.
Plus, this was used as an RP event in the magic school group I designed these characters for! I also had the winning idea for our overarching plot that year: a secret garden with an angry ghost that needed to be put to rest. It was so much fun to contribute to that group, even though I ultimately royally screwed my admin role as my mom's condition worsened & she passed away.
