Helmeppo's Contraption from One Piece. I remember this contraption well from when I first watched One Piece. I think it was cut from the manga for some reason, but it has a rather striking designs, doesn't it. It's unclear to me how that would even function, but this being the One Piece universe answers that neatly. it works because it's funny.
