Sydney loves horror movies, especially older ones; she's a big fan of directors like David Lynch and John Carpenter, but also adores more schlocky/cheesy stuff (the cheesier the better) like the Evil Dead series or any given slasher. Beyond that, she also loves camping, and tabletop games.
Actually, speaking of tabletop games, at some point in the past she got into the habit of kitbashing together whatever board game materials were on hand to make weird fake tabletop games; she's got one or two she's codified enough to have somewhat balanced mechanics... that is when/if she can find people willing to put up with how convoluted they can get
