*"Rhui! It's you!"* *"I'm happy to see you too, dollface."* --- Rhui visiting Cue during their recovery. While issues of losing your identity are common, they can be a lot more serious for shades. Cue went into a crisis where they ended up in a near catatonic state, having lost complete sense of who they were and thus having their physical form become unstable enough that they could barely hold themselves into a humanoid shape. After they were stabilized enough to receive visits, Rhui rushed to check on them. Upon seeing him, Cue suddenly and abruptly started talking like their old self, seemingly in control of their identity. That didn't erase away all the nights Rhui spent spiraling into a panic, no matter how much he tries to hide it. At least things were okay now. _{Thank you for reading my lore dump! :)}
