I was stricken with another lucid dream last night. I tend to have lucid dreams quite often, and the overwhelming majority of them are nightmarish and uncomfortable. However, it seems I lucked out last night, and got to enjoy a much more surreal yet pleasant dream.
This dream was about a video game series that was released on the DS and 3DS, developed by Rockstar Games out of all companies. It was about people traveling into the dreamworld for various reasons. The specific game my sleeping mind seemed to fixate on was a game on the 3DS about someone losing the ability to dream for themselves, and a being from the the dreamworld called Ynsma The Dreamless came to help them find how to dream again. I don't know how the game would have played, but I did dream about there being some virtual pet sim elements where you could brush Ynsma and pet them.
Ynsma themself took the form of a cat, a British Longhair seems to be the closest breed to what my sleeping mind imagined. Either that or a Turkish Angora. They could fly around and had the ability to speak. Ynsma also was wearing a small golden crown. Those are the details I remember from the dream, and I added the purple top to the crown and the purple eyes in my drawing.
I am no good at drawing animals, but I had to take a crack at drawing Ynsma anyways. It would have been a great injustice not to bring them into existence somehow.
