So, in the D&D campaign I play in, our current adventure is all about PARENTS and FAMILY TRAUMA (yay!); this is the mama of our ship captain & genie warlock, Galit. We don't know much about her, except that she wasn't a very good mama and abandoned him when he was young. But she doesn't have much reason to be working against us, either, as he hasn't seen her in years - the current theory is that the BBEG pressganged her just to mess with us.
Only time will tell!!

If you are going to use a human sacrifice to summon a demon, make sure that person is not better at the occult than you are. Otherwise they'll just ruin the summon, steal all the power, murder everyone in the room and come out of it with a gnarly wound that never quite heals and a new form to shift into and out of.
Still working on how I want to render things and finding a compromise between digital painting and lineart. I'm not totally satisfied with how this looks overall, but it's a decent depiction of how I want him to look.
