Dwarf witch called Öfalaie, the first name so far that Google was completely stumped by when I checked if it meant anything. All dwarfs have some amount of facial hair in this setting; as (historically) cave-dwellers they're mostly blind, and the hair helps them get a sense of their surroundings, like the whiskers of a catfish.
