Marimo Shrimp. Entry number: S-030402.
Found this little gal hanging around some river banks out of the water. Half the size of my hand and holding onto some rocks for protection (note: check that theory). Observing from a distance showed it was right at the edge where the water splashed on it enough to sustain itself. A possible symbiotic relation between the algae and shrimp perhaps?
I wonder how each it tastes...I mean both the shrimp (can it be called that) and the algae.
