after today i have two weeks off of work, the longest time off work i have had since i joined this capitalist charade at the tender age of 15.

what should i do if i don’t want to

• get sick
• get arrested
• face my abandoned animal crossing villagers

im used to ceiling fans that cycle through the speeds (usually 3 or 4 of them) each time you pull the string. however, I moved into a place that doesn't seem to work like that and haven't figured it out. it doesn't seem to have a set order - every time i pull it it seems to just go to one of a few high speeds or to one of a few low speeds. i have not been able to figure out any way to influence this beyond just trying a bunch of times until i get one i want. does anyone have ideas about how this could work, or how i could even google this predicament to try and find advice?
