@phantasmaCora asked:

as a fellow silly pun/wordplay lover - do you have any tips for getting in the mindset that making people groan with these sort of jokes is a success rather than feeling bad about their 'rejection'?

(honestly we don't understand why such wordplay is seen as "bad" or not genuinely funny, but that could be the 'not being neurotypical' at work perhaps)

If you meant for someone to go 'AAAAUGH!' at your pun, it's a way different sensation to someone making that noise when you'd really just meant a perfectly innocent joke. Honestly, hammer as hard as you can as often as you can at the stupidest, most ridiculous jokes you can make of the English language - or anything else, besides - and get into the spirit of words are fucking made up and nothing is sacred! Have fun with it! :3

@bayte asked:

You've been asked what fantasy game character a Mack would play... but what sort of fantasy Game Master is the Mack like? What kind of scenarios do they like to run? Do they prefer to be on one side of the screen or the other?

This isn't just a question with an answer, this is a question with a whole fuckin' essay attached. Remind me of this when I'm sober, 'cause this deserves the whole-ass spiel.

A Mack will absolutely get you playing Spacemen and Starships, though. There's enough goddamn level one bards in the world; you nerds are gonna go to SPACE.

How many voops is too many voops?
How many voops is insufficient voopage?
Does Mack have a cool hacker tool like a voopiemeter?

Zhat’s Three questions for you!

  1. No such thing as too many voops.
  2. Zero voops is too few; more is definitely an improvement, but anything fewer than twenty at a time is dangerously low voop flow.
  3. The good viximeter is in the safe; the best reading we can get with this one is 3.6 foexgens.
