The Tempest lie and hack their way onto the shuttle manifest of a Janus Infotainment spacecraft under their guise as GLASS SQUID ALPHA, a virtual band that produces squid music on their way to their premiere concert on the moon Prospero! Their true purpose is to deliver the Rook-prototype psychic transmitter to Ophelia Cybertronics, who intend to intercept or redirect the flight, as well as get Aster Pharmakon scientist Portia Crimson and Crude Mechanical Medea Moment offworld. Several astoundingly successful rolls and one entirely real and good squid music album composed by Dr. Ravine later, Arle runs into his ex and rival, Jesper "Throne" File in a spaceport cafe. One strategic retreat to a spaceport bathroom later, they confront each other emotionally, and also with some psychic attacks, before Jesper leaves agreeing not to report Arle's existince in exchange for information and open threats should they meet in the field of battle. Unfortunately for the squad, he is both an ace pilot and incredibly sexy.
Next time, we'll have downtime as well as follow up on what the squad may get up to now that they're in space sans mechs, as well as how Aster Pharmakon is going to fell about not getting any tissues samples from Sedna like Ophelia Cybertronics requested Dr. Ravine to acquire.
