i wonder if my recent like... lack of energy has been my ADHD medication making it so that my inability to sleep any longer than 6 hours is something that is finally biting me in the side. the problem is i dunno how to FIX it

#i can go to bed at 1am and i wake up at 7:30 without fail #ill go to bed at like 3am and wake up at 8am even #i wonder if its a holdover from april last year where i was waking up at like. 4am or so #beats me. i need to fix it but idk how :[
