mostly because, as was rightly pointed out, a frequency of 1 per hour can end up spamming the tags attached to the posts

(alternatively, I could omit some of the tags instead - if that's preferred over reducing the frequency)

was trying to cross compile and my PC kinda exploded so the bot didn't post hourly - but I did eventually manage and the thing should be running on my server now

im not 100% sure it'll work, but it did launch; only thing to do now is wait 37mins until the next post and hope it works
