came up with a recipe for vegan nuggets more or less based on panelle and lemme tell ya they are looking scrumptious

they came out… okay? not bad but not incredibly good, they were too creamy on the inside and tasted like squash for some unfathomable reason. i did think i’d added too much gluten but evidently not? might add some oat flour or something next time see if that improves the texture
