theres a multitude of problems that require creative results

i think the flashdrive i use to plug directly into my printer in the basement is partially corrupted so it keeps getting read errors when i plug it into my desktop computer, i can't direct connect to the printer from my desktop for some reason, i can however direct connect to it from my ipad but the print quality that comes from my ipad is somehow worse and weird even though im only printing in black and white, and traditionally i've had to convert any pdf i print on that printer to an image file because it cant directly print pdfs for some fucking reason,

i think i need a new b+w printer but home printers are kind of annoyingly expensive and these weird extensive workarounds i do to print on it is starting to make me realize my housemates are perfectly valid when they ask me to print stuff because they "cant figure out how to work my printer"
