As a mom who desperately tries to pick Not Absolutely Terrible pre-K stuff for my kid to watch, my lowkey fav is reruns of Yo Gabba Gabba! for several reasons, my fav of which is "Biz's Beat of the Day" where the late great Biz Markie teaches kids a simple beatbox they can do and "practice at home."
