Cohost is rich in artistic portrayals animals, particularly those engaged in various anthropic activities. This is right and proper, and should continue, nay, increase. However, there is sometimes a sense that some boundaries of the topic are not being pushed, that there are directions this theme is not taken in as often. So for this month, in honor of the composition of the same name that Camille Saint-Saëns composed in February of 1886 (which you can play above, in its entirety; go on, set it in motion and continue on with your scrolling, let it serenade you in cohost's background), I will be bringing you a sampler of artworks celebrating the animals amongst us.
