Silver lining in this though is that the cost won't be nearly as high, so I am once again sharing out the fundraiser with the updated goal. If you can't help financially this is okay; a share is plenty enough.

The annual performance review for my cat happens in February and I wonder if anybody would have a good template they would want to share. I'm currently using an OKR approach but I'm open to change it.
