Mimasa is a Reporter for the "Kataza Tribune", a newspaper that covers local events, politics, and recent happenings in the city. She's one of the more annoying of the reporters of the town, she has a habit of not taking que's and being very annoying.
Mimasa and Kiki are friends but they both know that when one or the other come knocking on each others door or giving a call; it's not usually for drinks.
Mimasa can sometimes grind on Kiki's gears as well, especially when she discovers Kiki might have stumbled onto something more than just, "Cheating Spouses" and "Lost pocket change".
Still, at the end of the day; they appreciate each others assistance, and once in a while, when they do call each other it is "Just for Drinks".
