You ever follow an artist because you absolutely love their art. You adore their characters, enviroments and worldbuilding so much you wish there was some media like a book, a film or a game thats let you see more this world they built?

And then you watch as they shift the design of their characters and world ever slightly until they look completely different from what they looked before and, while their art is still great and has a lot of fans, you personally feel the newer look they gave their characters is significantly inferior to what they had, so much that you lowkey hate it?

I have an old reference saved of one of their ocs and I love him, hes a scrunkly. I then look at the current design of that character on the artists page and im like jesus christ you massacred my boy.
