made tamagoyaki to slice up into strips to put in kimbap for lunches this week (along with seasoned rice & mung beans, pickled cucumber, carrot, and radish, cilantro, siracha, and most randomly, mortadella, since i forgot to get thin sliced roast beef lol)
trying to make it easier to actually eat a nutritious lunch so I'm not brain dead by 3pm

i'm not mad about the fact that i'll be having this for lunch all week
my partner likes to get the plain greek yogurt and i never eat it because i like Sweets and Flavors but i just realized i can simply eat it with sugar or really whatever flavors i want. cool

well. as i was about to make this post i processed -- anything? so, you know, i had to try it with lao gan ma. it transforms into a dip at this point rather than something i want to eat by the spoonful. i wouldn't call that a successful experiment exactly but Now I Know
