sunshadely weather. but a shadow can't exist without the light it blocks, and comes to emanate from in turn. the most prominent precipitation of a scattered sky of fluffy beings is an occasional, perhaps-welcome ebb of the sun's heat. cloudgirls protecting us, their reflectivity beaming back out among the loudest celestial objects. relaxed and cheerful, happy to give occasional relief from a wonderful phenomenon. and in the night, they don't let cold fall upon us, keep our fires stoked. in the deserts where they don't reach, there's only extremes; and no break from them.
#cloud girls
cloud girls are not actually passive or docile at all at least not all the time. they can be otherworldly and scary and incredible
they have purpling rumblings on their insides they won't tell you about when you ask them. When they talk, when they breathe, an ethereal mist pours out. their hair flows out in shelves and their shape has parts that layers in and out as they move through space and time; they don't move so much as the parts of them that were there stop being, and the parts of them that are here start being. their hair pretends to be hair sometimes, but you can see the way it fluffs out and forgets what it's supposed to be, before they reach up to adjust it again. you should feel grateful for the opportunity to meet with this slice of them.
