I've silenced 7, though. Generally because I found them irritating, but they were popular enough that I'd see them reblogged even if I wasn't following. It's a mix of real people and gimmick blogs, lol.

still working on exporting the per-month and per-year data, but i finally have roughly-presentable graphics to show for all my strange chunk downloading shenanigans! this data is taken from the roughly 5.1 million visible (not private, deleted, or otherwise obscured) posts in the first 600 chunks i've downloaded so far (there were only 601 total when i started). it's neat to see how all of these different stats correlate and where the spikes are.
stats by month and year, with separate charts for the projects because they're kind of hard to read from the combined charts. the data for this month and 2024 is still incomplete so just ignore those for now.

I knew the differences were big, but according to the data, cohost's daily active user counts more than doubled immediately following the day Rita was banned from Tumblr.
