Came up with this an hour ago. All the standard pawns are replaced with standard rooks and the rooks with pawns. Black kept winning(!), first with a king-and-queen mate and then a much faster queen-and-bishop mate, so I have given the computer three minutes to think about every move. This computer gaming program will be the end of me.

Black wins again with 29. ... Qf7#. White sacrificed its Queen on move 7 when it could have instead easily used a Knight or Rook to take back. I can't tell if I broke the engine with too many available Rook moves or if the game is just somehow massively skewed for Black.

Zillions' weird notation below:

Let A denote a white turn, and B denote a black turn. In order to fully negate the advantage accrued by white by going first, instead of the turns going ABABAB indefinitely, they use the following sequence:

ABBABAABBAABABBA...

in order to generate this sequence, simply at each power-of-two number of turns (1st,2nd,4th,8th,...) write your sequence so far, but with B's replaced by A's and A's replaced by B's :)

You may put yourself in check on one turn as long as you have another turn and immediately undo it.

en passant is legal even if your opponent took another move directly after it, so long as you immediately play it.
