One of my managers recommended that we should use AI for filling out our quarterly performance self-reviews and like
I don't ever want to use AI for anything in its current form, I'd rather take the time to learn to be better at writing and advocating for myself even if it's a pain
But also if the expectation is to use AI in this way, shouldn't we maybe address the issue of having a process that people don't want to do but is still necessary?
