A recent VTuber/3DTuber concept art commission I made. It sort of shows my design process as well as all the variants we decided on for this particular character.
The idea was a sort of Horror/Slasher film inspired Butcher character, with the only real requirements being long hair and an apron. I was given some creative freedom, so working with the client I decided to go with a semi-realistic as well as semi-fantasy style, with there being a variant that suggests teeth under the hood, as if there's sort of a "beast" that takes over with malicious intent for example, and the other variant being somewhat like Hannibal Lecter, with a leather strapped facemask as a containment source.
I'm always happy to work on character design work/turnaround comms. because it's not only something I can add to my portfolio, but it also feels awesome when I see people have their OC's come to life and I was able to be a part of that process :^)
