This is one of the other party members in the game Kopio the changeling druid is part of.
Fenri Vantas is a tiefling who started as an Illrigger (a sort of demon-sworn warrior similar to a Paladin) but, following character development and a relationship with a blue dragon, she's remade herself as a Draconic Paladin, with a signature meteor-steel sword.
Her player was drawing some portraits for her and I got inspired. I think it turned out fantastic!
