#ethics in ai
lol. in an effort to continue down the drain, a forum i go to has made the on-topic subforum's AI thread split into two: the AI ethics thread, and the ethics-free AI thread. it is now off-topic to mention ethics, labor, or really anything other than breathless enthusiasm in the ethics-free AI thread.
that place fucking sucks so bad, dude. it keeps happening like this, too. "on topic" is basically used to remove any discussion that leans further left than Elizabeth Warren. i'm just continually embarrassed i even go there.
