Either I suck, or 2.0 netrunning is properly balanced. I’m on, like, the slightly higher difficulty from normal and it’s working as advertised; I’m toast if I’m not using my quickhacks, but my quickhacks remain compliments to the action. Now I was never able to become short circuit goblinized back in V1, so this might be a Series of Falsehoods
