The moment I saw the level 96 gear in Dawntrail, I knew I had to draw these two in it.

I also used a new technique to colour this, using gradient maps. It was a fun experiment but I think it actually slowed me down compared to my regular process. Maybe it works better with more painted styles.

I think one of the funniest aspects of Dalamud, the plugin engine for FFXIV, is that the plugin system is built off of Git (primarily Github). As a result, almost every plugin is hosted publicly on Github, and even for the few that are smart enough to have their own private git setups they still get aggregated in various Github registry repos.

Which means its comically easy to find things like plugins that straight up bot Dungeons with a quick search. Or other wild ones like zoom hacks, automated rotations, visual identifiers, etc.

It's probably just my boomer internet mind but I just find it funny. In my day to find these kind of things youd have to go to some shady website and pay money to get these sort of goods, and for FFXIV its all just out in the open (source and all) on github lol.
